Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Copenhagen, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, but lacking in air conditioning and a refrigerator. The service is exceptional, offering a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Dining options are adequate, suitable for basic meals. Overall, a great value for the prime location and friendly service.
The hotel's location near the train, metro station, and Tivoli Gardens is a major advantage. The rooms were initially musty but improved with ventilation; however, noise from the train side was noticeable at night. The service was friendly overall, with particularly positive email interactions. The dining experience offered impressive variety, though not ideal for vegetarians or vegans. The convenient location near city attractions and transportation hubs is a significant plus.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being neat and comfortable with a useful desk for work and reliable wifi, lacked air conditioning and felt a bit cramped even for a solo guest. The service was generally friendly, although there was a need for better communication regarding inconveniences. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Tivoli Gardens, central station, and numerous dining options. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some good food choices but also some disappointments.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The noisy road works outside my room were a major issue, and the small room for three was not as shown in the pictures. On the bright side, the friendly staff made our stay pleasant, and I even found dumbbells in the room, which was a unique touch.
The hotel had clean, spacious rooms with a large king-size bed, providing ample space for our family. The end of the day got quite hot in the room, but there was plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay wonderful. The location couldn't be better, right next to an underground station and close to major tourist points. The dining experience offered a good choice of food, though a bit more could be expected for the price. Overall, a great value for money with excellent staff.
